Windows can already do this (apart from the network option). For home use this is just not necessary, though I can see it's use in the workplace and educational establishments.
When it comes to transport, Cars can do everything that Submarines can (apart from the underwater option).
Saying "Windows can already do this (apart from the network option) is a poor comparison when the "network option" is the reason why the product exists.
